The Client wanted to update it and to fix some of the issues related to the previous remodel which was done back in the 1990’s in a faux Edwardian style. One of the most important aspects of the project was the desire to expand the house. However, they didn’t want to attach a modern annex to the back of the house as it’s commonly done. They wanted the addition to be almost imperceptible.
