A new showroom and offices transforms the site, which has not been fully occupied since the Department for Work and Pensions moved out at the end of 2011.

The seven-storey building on Newgate play host to customers from as far afield as Australia, China, Thailand and America, and include product showrooms and a classic racing car exhibition area.
